These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Urban Muze website (urbanmuze.com), and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Urban Muze ("Urban Muze," "we," "us," or "our"), based in the United Arab Emirates. By visiting our site, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order, you ("you," "your," or the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country or emirate of residence, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

2. Products and Authenticity

Urban Muze offers a curated selection of designer handbags, sunglasses, and related accessories. Every piece is hand-selected and inspected before being listed for sale. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all items described as designer or branded goods are authentic. Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in colour, finish, hardware patina, leather grain, or natural markings may occur and are characteristic of genuine luxury goods. Pre-loved or vintage items may show signs of prior wear, which we disclose in the product description where applicable.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED / Dhs.) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, typographical mistake, or product mis-description, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order, even after an order confirmation has been sent, and to issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through the Service constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. An order is only deemed accepted once we issue a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or failure to meet our verification or authentication requirements. We may also limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that the information you provide is true, correct, and complete. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers, who are responsible for the security of your payment data. Urban Muze does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer complimentary express shipping on all designer orders within the regions and conditions listed on our shipping page. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address; we are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. Where applicable, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items in their original, unused condition with all tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and original packaging intact. Final-sale items, personalised items, and items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, product imagery, page layouts, design elements, and the "Urban Muze" name and marks, is the property of Urban Muze or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks, including the names and marks of designer houses whose products we resell (such as Gucci, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Hermès, Celine, and Prada), remain the property of their respective owners; their use on the Service is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose, and not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service, our systems, or other users' accounts; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access, copy, or monitor the Service without our prior written permission; (e) use the Service to transmit viruses or other harmful code; or (f) violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

10. User Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions, or other content to the Service, you grant Urban Muze a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, transferable, and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with our business and the promotion of the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Urban Muze. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of any third-party site or service. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Urban Muze disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Urban Muze, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Urban Muze and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Urban Muze regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
